Hot Summer, Cool Books

Students and teachers take the helm of the Summer Reading program this year in an exciting move to create school-wide discussion on a wide range of topics of interest to the WMS community.
This spring WMS Dean of Academics, Shane MacElhiney, encouraged faculty and students to select the books that would appear on our Summer Reading List. Each book’s sponsor will lead a discussion group on their book at the beginning of school this fall.

The list of twenty-five books is wide-ranging and includes novels, poetry, biographies, fiction, science-fiction, and even a book written by a current WMS student.

For summaries on the books and for links to purchase them, please view our Summer Reading board on our site here
