We are pleased to announce that two recently introduced merit scholarships have been continued for the 2012-2013 academic year.

E.E. Ford Sustainability Scholarships: The White Mountain School has been an unwavering proponent of environmental stewardship. As a result of this commitment, our distinguished faculty, facilities and location, we are uniquely qualified to offer Sustainability Studies as one of our signature academic programs. In 2010, the Edward E. Ford Foundation recognized the strength of our program and partnered with WMS to offer scholarships for students interested in sustainability studies. Last year we offered several E.E. Ford Sustainability Scholarships and this coming year we will offer two more. Boarding recipients will be awarded $15,000/year and day recipients are awarded $7,500/year. These scholarships will be renewed as long as the student remains committed to this area of study and in good academic standing. For more information call the Admission Office at 603/444-2928, ext. 26 or download an application form.

North Country Scholarships: The White Mountain School initiated the North Country Scholars Program last year as part of our commitment to our local community. Again this year, $10,000 scholarships will be awarded to four strong day student applicants who have achieved high academic honors and have been actively involved in their current school and/or community. For an application and more information call the Admission Office at 603/444-2928, ext. 26 or download an application form
